New recipe attempt: Cumin-Rubbed Chicken with Guacamole Sauce. The biggest challenge is aligning avocado ripeness with the dinner plan. It also requires a blender / food processor which is not something we keep on the counter, but a small price to pay for a easy and tasty dish. Will make again. (Hat tip to Chuck for today’s listen.)
